Grupo GPA (“We”, “our”, or “us”) takes privacy seriously and aims to provide transparency regarding our privacy practices. This Privacy Notice aims to describe how GPA and its business units collect information through our websites and mobile and web-based applications (the “Applications/Pages”), and how GPA may use, process, transfer, or share that information. Personal information associated with your account is stored separately from other personal information we may collect about you through the use of the Applications/Pages.

    The Applications/Pages may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, performance, and analytics, as well as to improve our content, products, and services. We may also use cookies and similar technologies for marketing and advertising purposes, including interest-based advertising.

    We or third parties may engage in certain advertising practices on our Applications/Pages as described below.

    Interest-based advertising and advertising options

    Interest-based advertising is advertising targeted to you based on your web browsing and app usage over time and across websites or apps. You have the option to limit the use of information for interest-based advertising and opt out of receiving interest-based ads. Opting out does not mean you will no longer receive our advertisements or advertisements while using the Internet. It simply means that data collected from our Applications/Pages will not be used for interest-based advertising.

    Please note that opting out will not prevent ads from appearing in your browser or apps, although it may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests.   • Do Not Track is a public-private initiative that has developed a "flag" or signal that an internet user can activate in the user's browser software to notify websites that the user does not wish to be "tracked" by third parties as defined by the initiative. Please note that the Applications/Pages do not alter their behavior or usage practices when we receive a "Do Not Track" signal from the browser software.

    INFORMATION OF MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
    We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18 on our Applications/Pages. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided us with Personal Information without parental consent, we will take steps to delete the data as permitted by law.

    GPA Group takes the privacy and security of individuals and their personal information very seriously.     Our Applications/Pages and services may contain links or provide access to other websites, mobile applications, or Internet locations (collectively "Third-Party Pages"). Please note that we have no control over, and are not responsible for, Third-Party Pages, their content, or any goods or services available through Third-Party Pages. GPA Group publishes information about programs and events sponsored or co-sponsored by other organizations.
